Relight invites you to join us for a Sunday afternoon to pause — pause in the season of change, pause in the noise of everyday, pause in the heat of London summer. You will be gently guided to regain clarity for your path forward, reconnect with your inner self, and recharge with positive frequency.
This afternoon session is carefully crafted and led by Louisa Lyu, who has spent years guiding people from different backgrounds, careers, and life paths. It blends themed meditation, visualization, and journal reflection, and is then reinforced with vision board practice. Afterwards, you will be invited to a private group chat to share your journey and to reach out to Louisa with any questions that come up.
Come alone or bring a friend — you'll meet like-minded people in a beautiful, calming space made for dreaming and visualizing.
